Arms Around the Child....Exists so that innocent children​ ​who are ​subjected to confusing and painful experiences can be supported to live safely with respect, hope and love. Is a direct care organisation and advocates for the rights of children who live in extreme adversity. We currently operate in India, South Africa and Ghana where the statistics are.

Responsible for overseeing the digital marketing programme for the labels wide roster of artists including the likes of One Direction, Daft Punk, Olly Murs, Justin Timberlake, Paloma Faith and Beyonce to name a few. Built and managed a team of twenty-three digital specialists who were focused on delivering unrivalled digital marketing exercises based on.

As a member of the senior label management team, I designed and implemented digital strategy for the RCA Label Group UK. The role included looking after RCA's artist roster of consumer facing websites, social marketing activity, CRM strategy, digital promotions, digital advertising & mobile initiatives. A key focus was identifying new digital business.

Responsible for all label digital marketing and sales activity for RCA, Syco,, Phonogenic & Jive Records. Successfully delivered digital marketing campaigns for some of the best selling music releases of the decade including Beyonce, Pink, Leona Lewis, Sade, Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, The Script, Westlife, Il Divo, Alicia Keys, Natasha.

Headed up the mobile business which included managing the mobile network operators and direct to consumer activity. Responsible for planning mobile strategy and campaigns for all Sony BMG releases. Delivered a seven figure mobile business plan.

Helped setup the digital business including fixed line and mobile, negotiated new deals and general business development. Managed relationships with key digital service providers including iTunes and the mobile network operators.

Co-ordinated and managed the online marketing campaigns for all BMG’s Dance, Urban and Commercial releases.

Year placement within the New Media team assisting with campaigns across the company but also taking responsibility for the Commercial Divisions digital activity.
