As a Senior/Lead Consultant, I successfully managed multiple data conversion projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to establish conversion requirements for migrating siloed data into HealthEdge HealthRules Payor (HRP). I organized comprehensive conversion guidelines, playbooks, task lists, and dashboards to outline key milestones, responsibilities, and requirements. My hands-on approach in program development, coupled with my ability to mentor and guide the data conversion team, ensured projects were completed within the required timelines. I built complex SQL reconciliation scripts to verify conversion accuracy and provided end-user reports, that ensured data integrity and consistency throughout the conversion process.In my role as Lead Data Analyst, I was involved in all aspects of data warehouse implementation, including data sourcing, migration, quality, design, testing, and implementation. I worked closely with the Data Architect and Data Modelers to design a robust and efficient reporting environment that supports both operational and strategic reporting needs. As the Project Coordinator managing multiple teams, I played a pivotal role in the successful execution of the U.S. Subsidiary Reorganization Trad/NonTrad (Asset Management) project.
