•Oversee and manage the proper installation of all parts (septic tanks, pipes, and drain field) of an onsite septic system.•Consult with local and state health departments to ensure each step of the installation process is correct and approved by a Sewage Enforcement Officer (SEO) from such departments.•Developed an in depth ability to read blueprints and specifications with comprehension and understanding to make certain the new system is installed properly.•Demonstrate the leadership to properly manage members of the crew and jobsite.•Maintain knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote safe and effective installations.•Execute the ability to safely and properly operate heavy equipment such as excavators, backhoes and bulldozers.•Efficient in performing hard manual labor in all conditions.
