I am an experienced community development professional with a passion for creating positive social change in Cambodia and the region. With over 15 years of experience in the NGO sector, I'm dedicated to exploring the synergy between grassroots initiatives and philanthropic strategies to maximise social impact and amplify the effectiveness of community development efforts.Currently serving as the Deputy Director at This Life, an award-winning NGO, I lead and manage the organisation's operations, including program activities, budgeting, and reporting. My role draws on a diverse skill set encompassing NGO management, donor relations, cross-cultural communication, and stakeholder engagement. I've successfully navigated complex partnerships, managing agreements and contracts with various foundations, NGOs, and government departments.
