I am a Security Cooperation Professional with experience in developing bilateral and multilateral engagement strategies in support of strategic engagements between US senior defense and civilian personnel and international partners and allies.I have extensive experience in identifying capability gaps in foreign security forces, and then developing programs to support the development of those critical capability gaps, which includes expertise in developing and managing United States Government Foreign Military Sales training and equipping programs.I have experience as a Security Force Assistance professional with key and developmental assignments in the Joint, Interagency, and Multinational environments, to include Foreign Security Force Advisory experience in South Asia and the Middle East.
