I am the catalyst behind Vitality Manifested and I’m so grateful that you’re here, sharing a journey towards a fuller, richer life.Would you believe my journey began two months earlier than expected?That's right, I was born a preemie with two likely outcomes—either I wouldn't make it, or I'd face serious developmental challenges.Well, I defied those odds, a tenacity that has become the hallmark of my life.Flash forward to high school, where I wasn't just another face in the crowd. I finished 4th in a class of 800+ students, while also playing Varsity basketball three of four years, and working a part-time job.My life took a dramatic turn when I joined the Air Force.Not just a fly-by-night airman, I was honored as the Top Air Force Basic Trainee out of nearly a thousand, a Distinguished Graduate in Tech School, Below the Zone early promotion recipient, the physical training leader for our flight, Diamond Sharp award winner, and earned my Bachelors degree in Finance while still in.The cherry on top? The Levitow Award for outstanding leadership upon completing Airman Leadership School, an award based on a wholistic review as well as weighting from interviews with peers and instructors.After my enlistment was up, I got some experience as a Financial Advisor, began a travel business, and received my MBA before jumping back into the corporate world.Transitioning into corporate life, it didn't take long for my talents to be recognized. Within a year, I was promoted to Team Lead.But, the corporate race is merely a detour from my true mission, Vitality Manifested, although it provided an opportunity to test various coaching methods and meet some wonderful people.Through this winding path, I've also achieved a Reiki Level 3 Attunement which allows me to channel Universal Life Force for healing and guidance. That transition was a next level experience, a story for another time.On the personal front, my life is rich with blessings. I have an incredible wife, and between us, we share the joy of watching seven amazing children navigate their paths.My wife is a tenured massage therapist with "magical hands," according to her clients as well as myself, although I may be a bit biased. She's also a certified yoga instructor, powerful empath, and has a soul-tingling singing voice.Throughout everything, I've learned I have a calling to facilitate healing and foster well-being on a universal level, ushering in a new paradigm of human evolution.So, let's seize this wondrous life with both hands, shall we?With heartfelt gratitude,Courtney
