My responsibilities spanned managing multiple large-scale projects, encompassing front-end design, project planning, team management, and developing backend APIs. A significant part of my role involved data visualization, where I harnessed React, NodeJS, and Typescript to create tools for both internal and external use.I actively worked with stakeholders to wireframe, design, and implement projects, developing the necessary backend algorithms to support them. My technical contributions included the creation of complex tree-structure algorithms. Additionally, I played a part in the hiring and mentoring of my team, focusing on their training and professional development.

Hired out of University, I initially focussed on Front End React tools and design, quickly moved to Full-Stack after 6 months. I implemented complex tree, graph and natural language algorithms to expand the product’s capabilities based on customer and internal feedback cycles, largely written in TypeScript and NodeJS.

While in University I Attended the 2016 Christchurch Startup Weekend. I then worked with a local startup, to build out their initial infrastructure. Advising on Back-End solutions and building their company website. Mainly structured in HTML and CSS with a Python and Django backend.
