I am a public health professional with a passion for supporting individuals and organizations in reaching their highest potential. I have over 14 years of experience in key technical and management positions in the social sector through which I have developed a myriad of skills in evidence based programme design, key stakeholder management, community engagement, training design, workshop Facilitation, advocacy and monitoring and evaluation. I have observed the need for strategic leadership in the social sector and endeavor to shift the paradigm of working in silos, to more coordinated and effective programme delivery which meets the needs of society's most vulnerable. My passion for improving health and wellbeing is corroborated by my strong academic background. I am passionate about continuous improvement and lifelong learning and continue to strengthen my knowledge base via training in public health leadership, mental health, adolescent drug prevention and other areas. I also provide consultancy as well as counselling services through my private practice, Inspirate Consultancy Ltd.
