Within my present role as a Cost Manager at Faithful & Gould, I shoulder the responsibility of preparing tender Bill of quantities pre-qualification reports for suppliers, checking interim payment certificates and analysing proposed variations to contract. I lead the cost Management for high-end projects and define initial order of cost estimate to create guidelines for project budget and managing cost to assure adherence to budget.Apart from these, my accountabilities include spearheading all aspects of change order process and coordinating with contractor and other consultants to ensure timely service delivery and on-track running of change order process. Additionally, I ensure and maintain optimum quality assurance to confirm the smooth functioning of project deliverables as per set project scope, specifications & industry standards.I promote operational excellence for all cost control processes and collaborate with site management team and project managers to forecast predicted spend & cash recovery. Other than this, I interface with clients, client representatives & third parties on commercial issues, including agreement of variations, claims and additional payments.

At CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd., I was administered design basis reports, worked on preliminary cost estimates, prepared rate analysis and checked feasibility of tender BOQ. I collaboratively worked with corporate legal department and resolved claim issues on behalf of the project team while managing the comprehensive design of contacts.I monitored work quality to take corrective action and resolved complex problems, checked audits in compliance with ISO standards. I directed and administered the verification of quantities from drawing, verification of vendor quantities and Certification of Bills.
