After completing her MBA in HR & Marketing, Seema started her career in marketing at Technopark. Inspite of getting an offer to join the Oberoi group in Mauritius, she knew very well that her call was to start a business on her own. Seema was part of the founding team at Rainconcert Technologies in the year 2006 and headed the Marketing Research of Rainconcert Technologies. She was also a part of the team that designed and executed “She Taxi”( the first women-driven taxi initiative in Kerala. )In 2016, she co-founded Bloombloom Dreambiz along with her husband and has been a part of all the struggles and challenges and has been a strong and firm support to him. Bloombloom Dreambiz (P) Ltd, a platform set to be the future of learning, is the offline/ physical platform where one can learn, share and work. The vision is to redefine the way we learn and build the talent of the future. B-hub which was founded in the year 2017 is Kerala’s largest co-learning, co-working and networking platform where people come together to learn share and network their skills. B-Hub enables people to identify their passion, upskill themselves through the various learning sessions and provide access to new opportunities. In an age where the jobs of the future are going to be dependant on skills, B-Hub provides students, aspirants, professionals, and mentors a platform to learn and share their passion,purpose and relevance. At B-Hub, Seema strives to bring together women to the forefront and inspire and challenge everyone to follow their passions.Seema is also a writer, poet and a music lover trained in Carnatic music. She juggles between home and work, maintaining the right balance.
