CurrentEnhanced enterprise search experience within BMS by executing a transformational program to rearchitect the search solution and to redesign user experience. For this multi-supplier integrated program, provided search quality and user experience advocacy by gathering stakeholder requirements, identifying authoritative content sources, analyzing and then mapping users’ intent to promoted content, and ensuring that the final product met customer expectations. • Maintained regular BMS stakeholder meeting cadence to identify authoritative content, gather business and user experience requirements, and to receive feedback and signoff on changes• Maintained knowledge of BMS data repositories and authoritative content including Policies, SOP, Research & Development, Drug Discovery, functional business team portals, published news/literature, and Service Desk and HR knowledge articles to continuously improve search results quality• Coordinated and escalated within the team of engineers supporting a complex integration of SharePoint Online Index with various other information silos utilizing BA Insight connectors and SmartHub to ensure search results are normalized and tailored for ease of consumption• Analyzed and categorized around 10,000+ commonly used keywords and configured within Azure LUIS to teach the AI engine to identify user intent from search queries. Developed LUIS Intent/Entity mapping to promote authoritative content within search results interface. Completed configuration and promotion of changes through POC, preproduction and production environments.• Provided Scrum Master role within this multi-supplier (BAI, Accenture, DXC) Agile DevOps project running daily standups and tracking of project tasks status within Jira
