I've had a unique career journey - from serving on the frontlines of policing to leading digital transformation initiatives in business. For nearly two decades, I served as a forensic investigator with Greater Manchester Police, working on major crime investigations, including terrorism, murder, and organised crime. It was a demanding and often intense career, one that took a toll on my mental health. After experiencing the cumulative effects of trauma, I made the difficult decision to step away and focus on my well-being.Mental Health has been a pivotal part of my story. I've faced challenges head-on, and although the scars remain, I'm passionate about speaking openly to break the stigma surrounding mental health.Today, I'm the Managing Director of Alcimi, where we empower businesses to navigate the digital landscape with innovative marketing solutions and secure their operations against cyber threats. I'm also the co-founder of Insightful AI, where we guide businesses in strategically adopting AI to enhance efficiency, governance, and innovation.What I'm passionate about now:AI: Helping businesses leverage AI for efficiency, building ethical AI frameworks, and developing AI strategies that make a difference.Mental Health: I advocate for mental health awareness and share my journey to help others overcome their own challenges.
