In this role, I worked under the operations manager to complete various office tasks dealing with the day to day operations of BYSO's 5 orchestras. These tasks included using database software to upload, edit and manage student records in addition to physical copies. In addition, I helped to prepare background checks for new employee's and substitute musicians. while in this position I completed demographic, geographical, and socioeconomic research for an on going projected aimed at increasing diversity in BYSO's programs. Later in the position, I got the opportunity to help with the day of production of a BYSO concert and multiple sunday rehearsals.

Served as the Cumberland Orchestra Manager at the Sewanee Summer Music Festival. In this role, I created and maintained a dynamic orchestra roster, created and executed stage plots, lead a 10+ person stage crew, worked closely with multiple conductors to carry out their artistic visions, planned and carried out multiple seating auditions, communicated, created, and carried out rehearsal schedules, worked closely with head librarian to distribute parts in a timely fashion and maintained records of rehearsal attendance.

At the Festival, my primary role was to serve as the "live stream" intern where I worked alongside the livestream team and festival staff to edit, write descriptions and upload festival content for the festival's youtube channel. In addition, I had the opportunity to work with operations, administration, sales and marketing team to complete day to day festival tasks.
