Manages complex projects that carry significant risk. Projects involve new construction, upgrades and modifications to gas facilities and may involve multiple agencies, private sector businesses and special interest groups.Initiate project including internal and external stakeholder commitments, demonstration of business need and project feasibility. Lead project teams to identify time frame, methods for accomplishing the project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project. Work with stakeholders to develop bid documents and coordination of estimates. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and field procedures related to work responsibilities.

Responsible for the estimate, design, budget, permitting, billing, scheduling and construction of complex gas facilities. Trained and mentored new project coordinators and managed workload distribution for new gas projects in the City of Seattle and Shoreline . Completed new high volume gas installations for Husky Stadium, Children's Hospital and the University of Washington.

Collaborated with a team of designers, permitting specialists, real estate representatives, schedulers and superintendents to manage projects in a timely and efficient manner. Experienced with the permitting processes and restoration requirements for multiple municipalities and WSDOT. Completed gas installations for Northgate Mall and Children's Hospital.

Single point of contact for customers requesting complex gas connections. Developed and maintained good relationships with Snohomish County, City of Mill Creek, City of Lynnwood and WSDOT, expediting the permitting process to meet customer schedule dates. Coached sales representative on accurately estimating gas main extensions to increase profitable customer additions.
