HOTELS I RESTAURANTS I REAL ESTATE I CONSTRUCTION I Responsibilities:• In charge - HR Department for the group reporting to CEO • HR functions for all group entities• Develop and manage employment programs• Training, employee relations, compile, develop & update personnel policies manual for all group entities etc.• Providing mediation services for employees • Record keeping of employee personal benefits such as remuneration, leave entitlements, end of service, health and medical insurance etc. • Liaising with PR department to ensure all administrative work related to government and legal aspects of employment such as visa renewals, entry/exit permits etc. is completed as required• Managing office health, safety and mental health and well-being issues• Working with finance department in processing attendance and payroll for employees Improving nationals in the workforce of the company• In charge for Recruitment for the whole group.• Liaise with Line Managers to determine recruitment needs• Prepare pipeline and resource planning for the list of current vacancies• Prepare job advertisements and liaise with advertising media and/or recruitment agencies and mainly Head Hunting for Sr Management professionals• Source CVs by posting jobs on online and offline media, participating in recruiting events and searching CV databases and update the vacancies in the company web site • Manage the admin team in screening and short listing of CVs for interview.
