Current• Analyze sales pipeline against execution to identify blockers and propose potential solutions to mitigate future areas of concern.• Analyze lost opportunity reasoning, talk to customers & internal sellers for additional insight, and identify key actions to improve win rates by enhancing pipeline management• Kicked off the Evergreen Feedback Program by holding regular interviews with Enterprise & Commercial sales reps with the goal of optimizing our sales process by addressing top blockers.• Created 35+ data packs to share team member alignment, territory details, compensation changes, quota, and other relevant information to properly equip Sales teams for FY25.• Evaluate weekly Sales headcount to properly plan for resource allocation, territory coverage, and goal attainment while ensuring alignment with growth projections and strategic objectives.• Work with teams to plan and implement change activities as a Prosci certified Change Management Practitioner
