-Main point of contact for workforce and management for all human resources related inquiries.-Provide guidance on HR policies and guidelines. -Implement recruiting strategy and handle hiring process from recruitment to onboarding.-Work with various staffing agencies to support plant staffing needs.-Conducted internal investigations and recommend corrective action.-Manage performance evaluations for hourly employees.-Oversee leave of absence process (FMLA, CFRA, etc); coordinating paperwork, communication with employee, and proper tracking.-Conduct various trainings such as Sexual Harassment, Safety Topics, etc. -Stay up to date with Federal and State labor law updates.

-Handle employee life cycle for hourly employees, from recruiting to onboarding-Process terminations and assist in termination meetings, as needed-Support plants labor need by collaborating with Supervisor's and temporary employment agencies-Support the plant's hourly employee relations by providing guidance, conducting investigations as needed, and recommending corrective action-Assist with performance evaluations and goal process for hourly employees-Assist employees with proper leave of absence information and ensuring proper follow up and paperwork

-Provide assistance to employee inquiries in all aspects of HR including FMLA, Leaves, Work Schedules, etc.-Performs tasks related to attendance program, tracking and notification on ADP system-Respond to EDD, SDI, and PFL-Assist with hourly recruitment process from hiring to on-boarding-Assist with employee relations for hourly employees-Provide administrative support to HR team
