As an Administrative Coordinator at POLY, a leading provider of English education in South Korea, I supported the daily operations and logistics of the Gwanggyo campus, serving over 300 students and 20 staff members. I used my attention to detail, communication, and support services skills to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the curriculum, materials, and resources.I also leveraged my data visualization skills, which I developed through multiple Coursera courses, to create and present reports and dashboards that tracked the campus's performance, progress, and feedback. I collaborated with the campus director, teachers, and parents to identify areas of improvement, implement solutions, and monitor outcomes. Additionally, I applied my previous experience as an ESL instructor at POLY Bundang and a site coordinator at Reading Partners, a non-profit organization that promotes literacy among low-income students, to assist with teaching, tutoring, and mentoring activities when needed. I hold a BS in Business Administration and Management from San Francisco State University, where I gained a solid foundation in business concepts, theories, and practices.
