• Processing and doing risk assessment prior to issuing Confirmation and Enrolment (CoE) for International students• Processing CoE requests, Deferments, Transfer between teaching locations & providers Withdrawals, Release, Refund applications process, OSHC certificates, CoE extensions • Organise and process student enrolments across sectors ( ELICOS, VET, Federation University)• Liaising with agents, students, internal departments, and main campus Liaison officers for issues related to student admissions, enrolment, and Academic process and escalate it to the supervisor as required. • Weekly reports, Enrolment report, Maintaining Student records up-to-date as per compliance requirement • Processing certificates and Completion certificates for all sectors as required • Assists students for enrolment and orientation process as required • Tasks as assigned by the Assistant Student Support Manager and General manager
