Serves as the agency’s Program Manager for Classification and Position Management. Serves as a subject matter expert: provides technically authoritative expertise and program management leadership in the areas of classification, position management (policies, reorganizations, and realignments), and human resources management evaluation (desk audits and other reviews). Plans, modifies, and implements the EEOC Organization and Position Management policy and Position Classification program, agency-wide. Plans, manages and implements the Human Resources Management Review/Desk Audits agency-wide.

Served as a HR Subject Matter Expert, by providing a variety of HR services including management consulting and advisory functions in position classification, pay and compensation, recruitment and placement and organizational design. Provided agency managers with definitive interpretations of OPM's classification, compensation, and position management procedures, practices, policies, and guidelines when the issues involved are new, highly controversial, and precedent setting. Served as an advisor to management and provides leadership and oversight to a team in the development of administrative procedures, training, and classification policy (e.g. position classification, position management, Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA), reorganization, and restructuring). Researched and interpreted a wide range of complex federal HR concepts, practices, laws, regulations, policies, and precedents sufficient to provide comprehensive HR management advisory/technical services. Reviewed new or modified HR legislation to determine its impact on current HR programs within the agency. Modified and developed new policy and/or procedures to comply with applicable changes as outlined in legislative laws and rulings.Lead a team of technical experts in the position classification program. Reviewed and approved work of direct reports such as classification appeal decisions and FLSA determinations. Interacted extensively with classification team members to accomplishwork of the branch while managing caseload, performing quality control, and tracking status and progress of critical work priorities. Provided direction on dynamic classification projects designed to transform and integrate classification services agency-wide.
