Marketing Coordinator
Current- Successfully develops and implements local and national brand marketing strategies for the largest Aramark Higher Education account in Canada. - Responsible for photographing and filming of all content for use in marketing strategies.- Responsible for maintaining proprietary and franchise brand standards.- Ensures all promotions are implemented across the account & properly branded.- Responsible for driving base business growth programs and strategies to increase participation/sales.- Creating written and visual content for various programs including, social media marketing, online advertising, print advertisement & signage, and public relations.- Managing our social media platforms and ensuring targeted strategy and growth across all platforms.- Monthly auditing of locations including pricing, menu boards, customer service principles, and brand standards.- Looks for opportunities to implement new products and services which support sales growth and client retention.- Support execution of promotions from national brand partners, proprietary programming, client events, sponsorships, and more.- Ensures necessary training and support are provided to the unit and that brand standards are fully executed at all identified points of service, resulting in sustainable growth in sales, customer satisfaction and increased profits. - Supports front line management with administration of marketing training and development programs for employees.
