She has worked with organizations such as FedEx, Home Depot, 10/27 Memorialization Working Group (Pittsburgh Synagogue shooting), Greenpeace International , California State University Employees Union in Sacramento, University of Pittsburgh Medical School, and the Judiciary of Uganda.Selina's strength is successfully navigating conflict and mediating cases with ongoing relationship dynamics. She provides "conflict culture interventions" to organizations who suffer from the effects of an unhealthy work environment. These customized interventions, with the right combination of individual coaching, training, team building and policy changes, systematically improve a workplace.
