In this role I support the testing lead and lead developer in delivering customized technology needs for a large state government. In my role, I upgrade code for new features, test new features, collect requirements for enhancements as well as defect fixes and provide follow up and metrics of progress. I also oversee and troubleshoot automation processes and provide knowledge sessions to clients and to my colleagues.

· Developed and implemented electronic form for tracking and presenting graduation requirements for students· Design and maintain spreadsheets for management of student data· Guide coworkers in use of Excel and its functions such i.e. merges, joins, and queries· Utilize system data management system for queries and data analysis and assist team in its use
