Responsible for all personnel selection/training/mentoring/support for five dance teams under The Golden State Warriors umbrella. Daily leadership on brand management/auditing, creative vision, budget/financial modeling, vendor relationships, scheduling and performance delivery/quality for all the performance teams (overseeing 80+ employees between five teams not including outside vendors/partners/sponsors). Focused on developing new innovative performances leveraging various mediums along with a variety of collaborations that push our programs to new levels of entertainment and innovation. I am lucky to have such a rich variety of talent to deploy and I am obsessed with pushing performers to reach fulfill their potential while expanding our entertainment roster to engage our fan base on and off the court.

The Cultivate Code is a personal mentorship program rooted in the passion for cultivating talent along with the burning desire to witness that growth firsthand. With two decades of mentoring hundreds of dancers I am beyond excited to continue this journey working with talented, hard-working and intelligent individuals whom I can now reach all over the world.
