MY ACHIEVEMENTS.a.Introduce the CWQI Program (Company Wide Quality Improvement); trained supervisors and operatives as project leaders; achieved major cost savings in both manufacturing and administrative areas.For e.g. Introduce QCC- Quality Control Circle it’s a program to create problem solving capability of the worker.b.Implemented Cost Saving Effective program. For e.g. Introduce Save Electricity Program (SEP) whereby it is a team based program in which if we manage to reduce the electricity current by 15 % of the total usage.In return the employee will be provided vouchers or coupons amounted to the value which we manage to save. c.Implemented Big Brothers and Sisters program. Big Brothers & Sisters are based totally on a mentoring concept.It is an intense work relationship between senior and junior in an organization. The mentor role as in sharing his/her experience in the organization and personally advises,counsels,coaches and promotes the career development.d.Transferred 200 Direct Labor (DL) & 100 Non-Exempts(NE) & Exempt (SE) from WD Thailand for Short-term Project under Professional Visit Pass (PVP) for a new setup.e.Introduced E-Voice Out System. The system function as an opportunity for employees especially the Direct Labor(DL) & Non-Exempt Staff (NE). These group give feedback thru e-Voice Out program which enables employees to file complaints by email and Employee Relations team take action.f. Analyzed training needs, and designed, delivered and evaluated a range of instructor-led, computer-based and self-paced training program to meet business objectives.
