Hands on experience in US Loan Booking (Loan Onboarding). Updating the loan information on the client system (ACBS) after the funding has been completed. Preparation/review of the loan forms related to booking of new borrowings, increases,rollovers, paydowns, commitment reductions etc. Sourcing the fee, pricing, repayment & borrower information from credit agreement and updating it in client system. Extending the maturity as per the amendment document. On the monthly basis updating the variable pricing as per the pricing grid. Reducing the principal and interest on the ACBS, Once the repayment dues received from the borrower.Hands on experience in US Loan Origination (commercial lending). One of the leading US banks for a Wholesale Lending Operations team that supports the Loan Origination function (Loan Prep & Set Up).  Processing Loan preparation and Setup the New Money (LOB’s- Commercial, CRE, PWM, SBA & Business Banking). Checking if the collateral provided for the loan is enough to cover the payments if he defaults on the loan (LTV).  Verifying & taking required information from various process related applications such as CLG, AFS Vision etc.  Adding pricing, repayment, and fees on the loans as per the agreement on the salesforce. Listing all the available documents for analysis and valuation/analysis of the Entity/Individual documents such financial statements, tax returns and loan structure assessments. Analysis of the collateral information which were attached along with the loans and calculation of LTV (in case of CREM loan) and downloading tax bill for RE-Collateral’s are attached to the loans. Also verifying the appraisal reports. Circulating intermediate report on the daily basis to the leads. Prepare internal and external FPY report and share it to the leads on the monthly basis. Experience in working on the complex LOB such as Dealer and delivering the deal within the TAT
