The Lead Management Specialist is ultimately responsible for ensuring successful transition of all client leads from the call agents to the correct client contact, by allotted deadlines into the clients CRM. The LMS will manage the entire lead process including coordinating efforts between team members that are entering leads and performing lead related functions. The LMS will provide lead status information to all management and other team members as well as coordinate the compilation of information needed by the reporting team. Responsible for managing the entire lead process and coordinating team members that are entering leads and performing lead related functions.Essential Functions and Responsibilities• Manage the lead delivery process and ensure information is accurate and timely. • Sole responsibility for completing all lead related tasks: • Overseas the lead entry process by:• Manage the reports and reporting process: • Maintain close loop between client groups that leads have been assigned.• Update/maintain client created files - email distribution list, campaign ID’s, and product codes.• Maintain emails for client’s Global Sales groups and distribute accordingly to team.• Mentor back-up staff by training and coaching on the process and procedures of this position.• Manage and delegate work appropriately to other team members• Route all leads to client groups to include data required by client and determine the appropriate group based on criteria.• Manage leads for the client and client partners by entering into the clients CRM as determined by the client.
