Institutional Coordination of the Buenos Aires City HouseThe "City Houses" project by the Ministry of Government of the GCABA involves establishing "Houses" across the country. The first location was in Córdoba, in the Nva Cba area of the capital city, followed by the second in Rosario.These spaces offer monthly thematic programming representing GCABA's programmatic content. They serve as open meeting places for diverse audiences, providing cultural, tourist, public policy information, and various citizen services to foster interaction between the capital and the interior.In my role as Director, I was responsible for maximizing the impact and community engagement of the programming while managing internal organizational functions and technical teams.Highlighted Programs:#VosLoHacés: Led a 5-month initiative involving over 150 socio-environmental entrepreneurs, resulting in 5 Córdoba-based projects reaching the national finals, with 2 winning top spots—1st in inclusion and 2nd in the environment."Finish High School" Program: A social inclusion initiative offering a free virtual education platform. My challenge was to position the program locally and connect it with provincial and municipal institutions. This collaboration led to the creation of over 5 information and training centers for virtual students, in coordination with foundations and communities within the social, educational, and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
