Represent clients of my own and for the firm in matters ranging from business formation, purchases, sales, governance, and share offerings, collections, as well as contract formation, review, negotiation and disputes, and trademark applications. In addition, I am responsible for handling all litigation matters for the firms business and individual (non-employment) cases.

Represent insurance companies, their insured, small businesses, and individuals at all phases of litigation in the defense and prosecution of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, business litigation, catastrophic loss, property damage, trucking and business loss cases. Identify, retain, and coordinate with expert witnesses; provide comprehensive case evaluations, litigation plans, budgets, and other reports to insurance adjusters and clients; negotiations and mediations for settlement of claims; depositions of experts, parties, and witnesses; and trial of matters as necessary. My duties and responsibilities in this capacity are similar to those that have previously been entrusted to me during my ten (10) years in practice.

Represent insurance companies, corporations, railroads, nursing homes, and individuals in all stages of litigation in a diverse practice that includes insurance defense, subrogation, oil and gas, business litigation, debtor/creditor, and personal injury cases. Drawing on my extensive education and experience, I am accountable for the management, direction, and oversight of each of my client matters such that I achieve a positive resolution for my client in an effective and efficient manner.

Responsible for all aspects of the litigation process in practice areas including personal injury, medical malpractice, collections, business litigation, employment, products liability, insurance bad faith, criminal, probate, and nursing home negligence. Research legal issues; draft discovery, pleadings, briefs and legal memorandums. Assess the viability and merit of potential legal actions; manage discovery including taking and defending of depositions, oral arguments and hearings, settlements, mediations, and trials. Represent plaintiff clients in civil cases brought in state and federal courts in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, and New York; class actions maintained in Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Texas, and Multi District Litigation matters in the Third, Ninth, and Tenth Circuits. Represent both plaintiff and defense clients in business litigation cases in Oklahoma and Texas, and otherwise handle general litigation and appellate work in Oklahoma and Texas State and Federal courts.

Manage, develop, and maintain a foundation of global corporate and private clients; promptly and efficiently respond to client and prospective client inquiries and requests by giving appropriate counsel and advice directed towards their particular immigration need with a primary focus on employment related immigration needs: "E" registrations for new business incorporations and business "H, B and L" visas; keep apprised of current and emerging U.S. and international developments and immigration law; personally liaise with corporate executives and personnel, write letters of support, compile all necessary and relevant data and documents, complete all requisite forms and reporting for petition and application filings with the U.S. Immigration Service, U.S. State Department, and/or U.S. Consulates and Embassies; appeals as necessary.

Facilitator for study abroad directors, professors, justices, guest lecturers, and students for programs in London, Dublin, Budapest, and Buenos Aires. Procure and manage transportation, facilities, and housing. Organize, coordinate, and administer daily operations and student activities, including tours and lectures at the European Court of Justice. Advise students on educational and extracurricular matters. Provide assistance to students egarding all aspects of the study abroad experience.
