I actively contribute to idea generation, problem formulation, and provide technical leadership to R&D initiatives. My particular interest lies in research projects related to multiphysics fluid flows, machine learning and control, IoT-enabled sensor technologies, and robotics. Additionally, I collaborate within a team as a CFD researcher, specializing in industrial applications within the fields of material science, turbulent flows and transport phenomena as well as turbo-machinery.

Investigation of chemically reacting flows using ANSYS and OpenFOAM.

My research area is the initiation of single sediment particle on a smooth/rough wall boundaries. In particular, the effect of the coherent structures inherent to turbulent flows on the hydrodynamic forces acting on the sediment particle. My expertise is in OpenFOAM, Python, R, C++, Fortran (F77). Alongside my research, I am also responsible for plug-in development for the QGIS (an open-source software used for geographic information).

I completed my master's thesis at the TU Wien. My research topic was hydrodynamic stability analysis of a flow in a nearly rectangular cavity where the flow was driven by the cylinders. Topic is an extended work of the article written by Hegerfeld, Exp. in Fluids, (2008). The effect of wall curvature at the onset of instability was investigated in an open-source spectral code by NEK5000. Wiener Neustadt

The project involved a micro gravity experiment of an electrical propulsion unit which is launched successfully on the 19th of May in Netherlands . The payload was designed and assembled on a sounding rocket which is designed by FH Wiener Neustadt. My responsibilities of the project are the thermal management and structural design of the payload. The project is supported by European Space Agency.
