My research area is the initiation of single sediment particle on a smooth/rough wall boundaries. In particular, the effect of the coherent structures inherent to turbulent flows on the hydrodynamic forces acting on the sediment particle. My expertise is in OpenFOAM, Python, R, C++, Fortran (F77). Alongside my research, I am also responsible for plug-in development for the QGIS (an open-source software used for geographic information).
