The company was quickly acquired by Busybees Asia for its potential.· Conducted target market research to scope out industry competition and identify advantageous trends in the direction of pre-school enrichment and education.Investigated and addressed business development challenges which resulted in lower operational costs and higher profits.· Identified and catered to various clients' need in a project which help to boost enrollment in offered courses and promote retention.· August 2017: Conducted holiday summer camps, where pre-school students learn robotics using Dash and LEGO robot platforms at the Poppins Active Learning International School, Tokyo· September 2017: Led workshops and classes for instructors at DEE Future Academy, Shanghai on developing STEM-based curriculum for students aged 4 - 9 years old

· Coordinated and trained a team of 20 freelance instructors to teach the various enrichment classes at The Keys Academy, which reduced the team’s operating cost by 50% since external vendors were no longer needed.· Developed various curriculum for popular holiday camp and regular courses, that incorporated various science and technology concept, internally. These new courses resulted in an increase in students’ intake by 200%.· Managed the resources and instructor allocation for the Young Inventors’ project (a collaboration between The Keys Academy and Learning Horizon) at the various pre-schools around Singapore.

• Trained children (ages 6-14) on programming language and robotics logic using various platform such as LEGO EV3 MINDSTORMS, LEGO WeDo, Scratch (MIT), mBot & mBlock, etc to develop their problem solving logic.• Delivered programming and robotics lesson at various MOE schools for NXT Broadbase and Code For Fun projects.

• Trained children (ages 4-14) on programming language and robotics logic using Scratch programming software (by MIT), mOway robotics and LEGO EV3 software, to develop their problem solving logic.• Coached teachers in local MOE schools on LEGO EV3 robotics hardware and enabled them to pass on the knowledge to the students in the future. Part of IDA’s Smart Nation Programme.• Conceptualized a new robotic design which is used to teach the concept of gears and mechatronics to primary school students. The design was well received by the students and parents as it is easy to build and delivered the concept effectively.• Customized Powerpoint slides used in lessons to better deliver lesson objectives. This boosted the passing rate of children taking the courses by 50%.

• Scheduled meetings for the department and prepared the meeting agendas, which consists of 40 staff, including ad-hoc ones.• Consolidated all the Powerpoint slides used by the department to brief external clients into a system of appropriate folders. The categorization of the slides allowed colleagues to select the appropriate slides set for the clients.

• Supervised and managed a platoon of 30 men and 10 sergeants by carrying out monthly interview to listen to their needs and feedback. Through the interviews and the man’s feedback, the unit was able to employ more efficient methods of doing operations and exercises.
