❖ Performing conceptual and detail design to support PDR and DDR deliverables.❖ Working on aircraft primary interface attachments and creating GA drawing to show all of them.❖ Developing a 3d models using top-down modelling methodology.❖ Performing assembly structuring and part numberings based on commodity and assembly sequence.❖ Preparing Grey and TnF BOM’s in team center.❖ Creating manufacturing drawings for various commodity like machined, sheet metal, plastic, foam and composite panel also assembly and installation drawings for EBOM submission.❖ Coordinating with electrical team to provide necessary cutouts and attachments for LRU’s and Harness to pass on mechanical structure.❖ Working on composite and plastic tooled or molded parts.❖ Preparing Weight and CG report for all the monuments which includes both mechanical and electrical.❖ Performing tolerance stack up analysis and GD & T.❖ Supporting for post-production release design activities such working on various design issues based on Jira or DI tickets and preparing CN.❖ Selection of suitable materials, hardware’s and vendor product.❖ Performing quality checks before going to production release.❖ Collaboratively working with teams.

During these period I had involved various activities such as:❖ Input study and collecting the technical information from onsite coordinator.❖ Preparation of Project Design Team (PDT) document and getting approval from customer.❖ Carried out Concept layout design & Detail Design of individual monuments as per floor plan and elevations.❖ Using top level modeling methodology to develop 3D model of various monuments such as galley, credenza, vanity, lavatory, bulkhead and other interior monuments. ❖ Using top level aircraft installation process and activities of various monuments such as Floor board/Seat track, Tie rod and Intercostal attachments.❖ Performing design solution for decompression, access panel cutout, deco attachments, cabinet attachment and electrical system installation and suggested wire path cutout.❖ Preparing final design that involves selection of composite materials, brackets, various coverings & finishing, hardware’s, fittings and purchase items like: Latches, Hinges and Drawer Slides etc. ❖ Creation of manufacturing and installation drawings for each monument as per ANSI/ASME and Customer standards.❖ Generating Bill of Materials from Corrplus.❖ Performing Liaison support and DCR/ECR implementation in both model and drawing.❖ Preparation of queries and maintaining daily work report.❖ Interacting with onsite coordinator.

During these period I had involved various activities such as:❖ Performed conceptual design of scaled down wind models for feasibility study with suitable existing support and balance based on estimated loads and standard tunnel requirements.❖ Carried out Preliminary and Detailed design as per requirements.❖ Prepared detailed drawings for manufacturing with basic GD&T as per ASME Y14.5-2009 and creation of Bill of materials.❖ DFM, Final Design, Selection of fasteners (UNBRAKO), Screw and Joint strength calculation and handled presentation & excel sheet.❖ Prepared design report as per client requirement.❖ Carried out Structural analysis of various critical parts and validation of FEA results with hand calculations.
