I am looking after the Sales and Marketing of Steel Products of M/s SAIL and Other reputed Steel Mills Products.

( Mfrs of Railway Products – Heavy Fabrication,CRSS- Steel strips spl grades, ERW and CDW tubes, CRFS, Industrial components division- Pressed components , Pre Structured building solutions) Supply of Railway Fabrication items to ICF and MCF,GE Wabtec , RITES, RCF,SAN Engg.( Under frame, End parts, Front parts ,CBC Head Stock,Partition frames , Side wall , Roofs and other items. ) Successfully Erected and Commissioned the Robotic Welding machine Project. Made Proto type sample of Bogie Frame  Based on monthly plan will Prepare the BOM & Maintaining Material Master for the plant, RM Planning, Planning of Child parts ,Consumables Bought out items , Material cutting at Plasma and laser Machine, Machining & Tool room, CNC Bending and Planning of Contractual manpower.  Execute the Fabrication work as per drawing and monitoring daily outputs towards to achieve monthly targets. Ensure the Quality requirements – Welding , Dimensional and functional as per standards. In-process quality control & continuous improvement in process Co ordinate with Third party Inspection, Customer Inspection and get Job cleared for dispatch. Making production and Quality reports, Strictly Ensure workmen to follow SOP’s , Work instruction, WPS, Welders Qualification. Controlling of material yield, budget controls. Maintaining of Inventory Planning process flow diagram , process failure mode & effect analysis, standard operating procedures, Work Instructions & PPAP Selection of tools, Jigs & Fixtures to facilitate manufacturing Ensure Manufacturing Safety – Proper usage of PPE’s and Material handling devices. Shop floor Maintenance – Proper identification of material , Machine and tools maintenance  Optimization of man & machine to achieve pre set production targets Preparation & co-ordination for IRIS,ISO 3834,EN 15085 ,ISO9001, ISO14001 certification audits Analyzing performance bottlenecks and taking corrective measures to avoid re-occurrence

 Handling Production, Planning and Control of CNC , NC Machine, Fabrication & Fuel injector Production line. Making Monthly , Weekly and Daily Production Plan as per customer Schedule and ASN. Meeting Monthly scheduled Targets  Responsible for running operations smoothly to maximize production and to meet the production targets and Achieving MOP. Identify and initiate measures to improve production methods, equipment performance on productivity and quality aspect. Identifying Problematic process and carry out corrective actions. Proper utilization of resources Giving RM Requirement Plan & Material requirement to Purchase. Getting orders from customers and increasing line utilization. Maintaining inventory levels in control of RM, WIP , FG and Production Consum Preventive Maintenance of Machines and making Machine available all the time. Implemented 5S , TPM in Shop floor. Improving Customer Satisfaction by giving Quality Products. Following PFD, Control Plan, FMEA ,SPC,CAPA, PPAP documents and all other quality tools.  Adhering to TS16949 Quality systems Implementing Safety practices and Employee Training.
