Clients "logistic" shall include operational, maintenance and HSSE aspects.Local regulations and company's HR policy for driver’s.Company policy & regulations of vehicles, traffic roads, drivers, LNG/LPG product, authorized load, driving time, speed limits.Interaction with local authorities and authorized dept.Truck Management including registrations, insurance for trucks and goods, load certification.Truck maintenance and repairs at workshops, every trips routine checks before trips.Truck spare parts storage and operational spare parts and consumables, tires management.Drivers Management including recruitment policy, drivers training on defensive driving, basic fire fighting, and dangerous goods transport by road.Drivers health/defending camps, trans-shipment of product, quality check points, continuous driving time, idle times checking, time to discharge at clients' premises, roads patrol controls, zero violation, appraisals.Roads Surveys Management including roads hazards mapping, verification of access to points of LNG delivery.Trip Management including LNG refill/loading and trips organization/planning, go/no go prelim checks prior delivery to clients.Trucks refills at remote refill stations, GPS tracking centre and control Coordination with Sales and operation team.Handling of Budgets, reporting and KPIs.Handling of HSE Policy, tool boxes, auditsEmergency Response Plan with mock-up emergency and fire extinguishing drills to keep drivers fit at all times and circumstancesHandling Incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and behaviour logging, incidents investigation, root causes analysis, mitigating actions to improve safe operation

Handling total workshop & Management information controlling of all workshop related activities. Assist in developing and monitoring on a monthly basis the schedule of work, associated budget for the areas of responsibility, monitor performance against this, initiating corrective action where necessary to ensure workshop operations are conducted within the agreed financial parameters. Supervise the work of mechanics to ensure that the set workshop processes are followed so that the work flow, quality standards, profit and customer satisfaction index is maintained. Advice Team Leaders/ Technicians periodically about ways and means to improve technician productivity and implementation of manufacturer’s warranty policy. Ensured all workshop equipment’s like car wash, lifts etc. are in proper working condition and periodic maintenance is carried out in these equipment’s.Maintain repeat job register and give timely feedback to Team Leaders, on the trend. Analyze the register and take corrective measures. Propose and implement yearly leave plan for the workshop staffs. Organize replacement wherever required. Recommend changes in standard labor time and recovery charges to higher authorities as and when required. Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles
