 Checking of flight catering – operations & Products Regular Interaction with the Airline Clients as well as the service provider Point of contact for the Food service provider Monitoring over the caterer for the quality of food & services provided.  Adhering to the catering guidelines as per HACCP. Conducting random hygiene checks in the Production & Operations area. Providing Operational information to the caterer in the shift. Controlling equipments & maintaining a proper balance of the same Preparing of Daily / Periodic reports. Updating standards of Services, Beverages, Dry Stores, & Equipments. Assisting in implementation of the Menu proposed. Taking action, based on feedback received from crew & passenger. Interaction with the crew for timely feedback. Handling of Charter flights. Verification of Caterer Monthly bills as advised by the CCD base in charge Coordination with various suppliers to receive stocks as per Indent  Physical checks of stocks received as per specifications  Stores management on maintaining/storing and issue as per FIFO/LIFO Plan Preparing & indenting of monthly requirements from Headquarters Corresponding with other catering station, / respective stations timely requirement.  Handle Documentations and filings for Airline Related business Providing assistance to Manager/base in charge with daily/periodic sales reports, sales forecast reports, achievement reports,  On call – 24 Hrs
