Current Cross verification of tender specification with sales documents ,IFC issued & BOQ. Submission of Tracking schedules for Shop Drawing,Material Schedule, long lead equipment/materials etc.. Floating enquiry to the suppliers along with Specification, Schedule & clarify their doubts to get the proper quote to prepare Price & Technical comparison. Coordinate with the suppliers for material submittals and cross verify of compliance statement are complied as per project specification prior to submission.Technical discussion/meeting with consultant for approvals. Co-ordinate with main contractor to get the furniture and Rcp shop layout prior to prepare the shop drawing. Coordinate/Guide draughting team, cross check prepared shop drawings with design layout and submissions of HVAC shop drawings, RCP layouts,MEP coordination layout etc.Conduct work shop meeting with d consultant to get approval of shop drawings.Raise RFI for Technical concerns to get solutions from consultant/client. Quantities take off to place order.cross verify of draft PO. Preparing and Submission of pump head calculations, ESP calculations for FAHU’s, AHU’s, FCU’s & Exhaust fans for consultant approval. Follow up with suppliers for delivery of all materials as per project schedule. Involving day to day activities in site like interacting with subordinates, main contractor, other service agencies for work front and work progress. Completion of Installation work as per consultant /client requirements with quality as per standards comply prior to consultant/client inspection to ensure no issues during T&C period. Advise Site Engineers/Supervisor/sub contractors to follow to ensure the installations as per the consultant approved shop drawing at site. Ensure all installations are accessible (maintenance point of view) to avoid issue during T&C time. Prepare submission of Asbuilt drawings/O&M manuals/conduct Training etc
