Transport Manager (Session Head)
Ensure Safe, effective,responsive and efficient transport services to the 4000+ Students, faculty and Staffs.Managed a team of 14 transportation professionals overseeing a fleet of 160 vehicles.Responsible for the day - to day operations are going on without any problems and monitor the operations & assure efficient performance in compliance with the regulation and according to the policies, guidelines and procedures that are laid down.Manage transport operations with fleet size of vehicles resulting in On time.Developed and implemented cost-effective strategies to optimize Bus operations and improve services.Improving transportation performance metrics resulting in on-time and efficient deliveries. Managed all transportation operations to ensure on-time and quality deliveries to clients. Supervised a team of drivers and supervisors.Monitor and respond to alerts and notifications related to Transportation operations such as delays, breakdown or change in schedules.Provide timely and accurate assistance to resolve issues and address inquiries.Maintaining complete records of all vehicle maintenance, fuel expenses, attendance of supervisors, drivers and attenders.Facilitates staff meeting connection to managing the college transport effectively.Responsible and ensuring to handle the drivers to undertake training every month of DO’s and DON’T as a regular process. Ensure compliance and Analyzing, Preparation and Submission of MIS reports, Expenses and provisional.
