Modine India was a green field company establilshed in 2008 in Chennai, with specialisation in Automotive parts cooling modules and oil coolers.I joined as Logistics head establishing teh entore functions.Success:Managed supply chain with over INR 20 Cr.INR per month.Business case preparation and approval on adopting new strategies in supplies for new program business wins. Responsible for setting up complete MP&L operations for Modine India from scratch including building supply chain networks over Europe, North America and Asia.  Aquired and established import and export business logistics and warehouse infrastructure Spearheaded scaling up from 1 customer – 1 program – 1 variant – 2 end items – 8 vendors – 200 parts to 10 customers – 20 programs – 30 variants – 40 end items – 25 vendors – 250 parts with no significant increase in resources.  Established ERP requirements for MM, PP, and SD Modules of SAP and was part of implementation of SAP from scratch in Modine India. Including Web EDI interface with Auto giants like Renault, Caterpillar and Daimler
