For over 30 years, I have been working in the manufacturing sector, leading and improving various processes and projects. Currently, I am the Unit Head of General Assembly, Weld shop, and Training and Development at Ola Electric, one of the fastest-growing and most innovative electric vehicle companies in the world. In this role, I oversee the production, quality, and continuous improvement of the electric scooters, as well as the training and development of the staff & workmen. I have richexperience in Automobile manufactring and I have acquired skills in manufacturing process improvement, quality management, and six sigma. I am passionate about creating sustainable and affordable mobility solutions for the masses, and I strive to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of engineers, technicians, and trainers, and I am always eager to learn new things and share my knowledge and experience. My goal is to contribute to the vision and mission of Ola Electric, and to make a positive impact on the environment and society.
