 Handling Credit Card Operation - Reward Management system for entire South India. To Coordinate vendor to dispatch and delivered the gift to customer with in time. Updating the status of the gift delivery for daily basic. Part of Customer Query Resolution team (Service Request) handling query responses raised for reward management. The query resolution includes handling Complaints on Rewards management system – Gift Not received cases and Replacement of damaged gift. Apart from handling complaints, also handle customer Service Requests like Balance Transfer (BT) Setup, Personal Loan on Credit Card (PLCC) Setup, and EMI Setup to the Card A/c & Cancellations of the same. The above said activities are managed through separate module where all customer queries are handled and executed. All cancellation queries raised by customer are resolved within the stipulated time period & provide 100 % resolutions.
