Find out the more than three connection customer (Dedupe) and sent it to tele calling agency for telecalling and updating telecalling feedback. Communicating the prepaid customers through SMS/IVR to submit their documents, who are negative tele verification audit finders.Coordinating vendor for tele calling agency and Data entry agency. PCO & Netsetter field verification has to track and update to Zonal team. Allocating base of PCO Profiling/Net Setter for ROTN & Chennai. Performing suspension & resuming for incomplete documentation, Negative Address audit & Non-usage customers. Update the percentage of the suspension reports to SD Heads/Zonal.

 Prepare reports and send it into central team on daily basic. Preparing and maintaining reports as per requirement of the superiors. Team coordination between Tele calling team and Sales team. Appointment given from Tele calling team pitch in to Sales team, allocate BDO for given appointment. Coordinating BDO and updating result. EOD send result to superior. Application tracking and updating login and issuance status.

RESPONSIBILITIES – MIS and Team CoordinationHandling MIS for entire south zone.Tracking Spends for Retails Merchants and updating MIS on daily Basis.Preparing and maintaining various reports as per the requirements of the superiors.Handling Merchant queries pertains to payment issues, payment advice issues and technical issues.Reconciling customer's accounts and provide resolution for the same.Raising varies Service Requests(Sr's) and Critical Requests(Cr's) for merchant acquiring related issues.

 Handling Credit Card Operation - Reward Management system for entire South India. To Coordinate vendor to dispatch and delivered the gift to customer with in time. Updating the status of the gift delivery for daily basic. Part of Customer Query Resolution team (Service Request) handling query responses raised for reward management. The query resolution includes handling Complaints on Rewards management system – Gift Not received cases and Replacement of damaged gift. Apart from handling complaints, also handle customer Service Requests like Balance Transfer (BT) Setup, Personal Loan on Credit Card (PLCC) Setup, and EMI Setup to the Card A/c & Cancellations of the same. The above said activities are managed through separate module where all customer queries are handled and executed. All cancellation queries raised by customer are resolved within the stipulated time period & provide 100 % resolutions.
