I completed these tasks on time and under budget. I was also the liaison to home office for all departments, including the CEO's office, IT, Human Resources, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Travel. I was on the Executive Committee of the Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association (AFCEA) as the luncheon coordinator. I planned and executed a monthly luncheon with over 100 attendees. I also coordinated special events for the organization for groups of 300 or more. I was also on the Executive Committee for the yearly C4ISR symposium as head of registration for this large nationally attended conference. These events raised over $10,000 dollars this year for scholarships and outreach to the government and military community.

I researched and obtained Continuing Medical Education (CME) accreditation, through the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), for the clinic. I was solely responsible for maintaining this accreditation, so I created a database related to all aspects of the program, including budget allocation, attendee feedback, and other program statistics. From this database, I made projections for the upcoming year's budget, program needs, and improvement recommendations. While I was coordinator of the CME program, the clinic received the highest level of accreditation at every visit. I planned and coordinated a weekly grand rounds lecture, including scheduling the speaker, arranging sponsorship to pay for the program and speaker honorarium, scheduling the meeting space, arranging for catering, and setting up and running all audio visual equipment. Through gaining increased honorarium and sponsorship, the program earned over $5,000 per year for the clinic.
