As we grow as a company, we deal with more merchants with large and complex e-commerce operations as well as complex integration development needs from platform strategic partners.It's not unusual that large merchants will request custom services (e.g. integration with an in-house ERP) and that platform strategic partners will also request custom services to support their platform integration development (e.g. integration project management).At our Professional Service Team, we deal with these custom services requests, solving large merchant’s problems, maturing our platform, and doing so by orchestrating multiple stakeholders.Main Roles and Responsibilities:➟ Ensure actively end-to-end leadership in Professional Services engagements for large merchants, ensuring we have successful Professional Services cases delivered to scale the organization up;➟ Manage the delivery of multiple engagements with Professional Services accredited partners, overseeing medium to large workstreams, including identifying and understanding business needs, scoping prospective engagements, developing proposals/ well-written SOWs, and ensuring high-quality deliverables with all involved stakeholders;➟ Work with leadership to identify and implement metrics to track success, ensuring phases across pre-sales, sales, delivery, and post-delivery of professional services are successful;➟ Build strong relationships with large merchants during sales and success cycles, and professional services accredited partners as a trusted adviser and delivery specialist.➟ Work closely with professional services accredited partners teams to review product deliverables and assist in providing direction for fixes and system enhancements.

I worked at the "Loja Integrada" Business Unit, one of the largest e-commerce platforms focused on the long tail in Brazil. I was responsible for creating the processes and strategies for the main product and developed my product management skills by building the entire roadmap for the entire product. I also implemented a beta testers program and utilized various tools to analyze the user experience, as well as interacted with many key partners. Through this experience, I gained valuable expertise in the e-commerce industry and honed my ability to effectively manage and grow products.
