Director Of Community Development
Current•Creates new opportunities, including surveying, data gathering and data analysis of the new markets/communities to ensure localization and suitability of Community Programs as aligned with the Plastic Bank mission and country roadmap; •Designs the process and policies of development and creates Roadmaps for Key Programs cutting across countries or strategic customers, including Community Research Questioners, Financial viability, Templates for Training, Performance Tracking and its integration to the Plastic Bank Mobile Application;•Establishes strategic partnerships with various national organizations dealing with homelessness, youth development, parent involvement and student support programs and services; •Cascades Community Development Guidelines/Standard Operating Procedures to countries; closely collaborates with Community partners and stakeholders and monitors and ensures stability of program implementation; •Continuously communicate with Community partners and stakeholders throughout the program implementation process addressing inquiries, issues and concerns; Make public presentations to community groups, public meetings, or other governmental entities as needed; •Creates venues for exchange of ideas, innovation and case studies to learn from as a Functional lead, including spearheading strategic Pilot/Special Programs related to Community Development; •Assesses the company’s resources that can be leveraged on and aligns processes, and supports capital resources mobilization for program roll out; •Assists in the grant application processes for potential funding sources for the economic development projects;•Investigates various financing resources to facilitate business development; •Ensures traceability of the Community Programs and Rewards in the Plastic Bank Alchemy. •Tracks and evaluates collective progress of the programs, generating learnings and insights for all countries•Monitors budgets for department initiatives;
