• I significantly improved my technician skills and can fix anything as long as parts are available.• I improved on my customer service skills and was able to prevent many possible escalations by reasoning with the customer and coming up with compromises that both benefitted the store but of course the customer as well.• Through being with the same company for a decent amount of time I was able to gain vast knowledge on all things electronics and business. In the time that I remained with the company, we partnered up with Asurion, Samsung, LG, Google, and most recently Apple. That being said, we had to adapt to new ways of testing each device and running with new and improved systems that additionally made us certified Asurion, Samsung, LG, Google, and Apple technicians. We sold different packages with each partnership as well.• I worked in just about every section of the company:1. I've worked within multiple stores helping each since I was considered a senior technician. I was able to run a store by myself (Answering all phone calls, helping customers at the front of the store, and doing all the repairs that would come in) and the most profit I've made in a day was about 3-4k2. I've worked with the company's distribution center and helped in recycling all of the store's used parts/ shipping parts to all stores3. My most recent position was a mail in depot where customers would mail us their broken devices through their insurance and we would repair them and ship them back within the same day. We fixed about 20-40 devices a day.My partner's and I were ready to buy our own store and help the company grow further but we unfortunately were outbid.

• I Helped maintain the store appearance by keeping all clothes (including in dressing rooms) tidy/ organized• I was a stylist which meant customers could ask me to dress them for certain events or have me guide them based on their specifications of what they like and dislike while staying within their budget.• As a cashier I would help cash customers out and get them signed up for loyalty programs/ credit cards.• I would do night shifts as well which usually had us unpacking new merchandise and sorting them in the store to the specifications provided by corporate.• Throughout the day I would help run clothes/ other merchandise out of the back if any co-worker needed them for the customer's they were assisting. I also helped keep the back inventory accounted for and organized.

• I worked on the front line serving customers/ making their food. Sometimes I would cash them out as well.• I helped maintain the restaurant cleanliness by keep the dining room and bathroom tidy. I replenished anything from both the dining room and bathroom.• I started learning certain food preparations and aiding in making them in the morning/ throughout the day.• I would help close up as well and make sure all alarms were set and the restaurant was prepped for the morning crew.
