My name is Sera - just like the triceratops from the Land Before Time! I come from a varied background of customer care, management, administration, project management, marketing, data analysis and peoples operations. No task is to big or too small; I have done entire system integrations that required extensive knowledge of the particular software platform, to the most mundane and tedious manual tasks, like folding 1,000 flyers. My goal is to search for the most creative and effective solution, with a mindset that the tiniest details can impact the bigger picture.I have 2 Associates degrees, with courses focusing on business management, public speaking & presentations, business law and contracting, theatre and the arts. My current education goals are to pursue further degrees and certifications. I have always been an eager and fast learner, graduating in expedited and high-level programs with High Honors. I am passionate and hungry for knowledge, as well as a creative out-of-the-box thinker.In my current role, I lead Talent Acquisitions, managing the day-to-day operations, and supporting my regional recruitment managers to achieve company goals. We receive thousands of applicants, and review each resume by hand to ensure accuracy and that "human" touch. Everyone deserves the chance to join a team where they can truly shine!
