She is a Civil Engineer graduated from Middle East Technical University in 1997. She holds a PhD degree in Geotechnical Engineering. Besides her academic background and several technical papers published, she is an experienced business executive. A significant part of her professional career passed in Mitas, the leading company in Turkey and the region dealing with manufacturing, sales and installation of steel towers for telecommunication, energy transmission and lighting. MTS Mitas Telecom Systems, a subsidiary of Mitas was founded in 2010 and she was the founding partner, board member and the General Manager of MTS till February 2018. During the years, developing her skills in design, sales & marketing, project management, research and development, company management and finance, she has gained extensive and exceptional experience. She brought MTS on a leading position and created a global brand in telecommunication tower business. MTS is currently serving more than 50 countries worldwide and its designs held approvals from 100+ telecom operators.She is an expert on Technopolis regulations and R&D activities. She led Mitas to step in Middle East Technical University Technopolis. She received an acceptance for Mitas Engineering while she was acting as the Deputy General Manager of the company. After the establishment of MTS, she also developed R&D projects for MTS and received an acceptance from METU Technopolis as well. The other MITAS subsidiaries follow the path being created by her. Between 2018-2020 she acted as the General Manager and Board Member in Mitas Energy Inc. that executes turnkey contracts for power transmission and distribution projects in different parts of the world.Currently, she is acting as the General Manager of Mitas Investment Inc. and Mitas Composites Inc. as well as board member in various Mitas companies.
