I love to observe my environment ever since I was a kid. Observation leads you to the information. Information shows you the need. And how do you satisfy a need? By defining your target audience and segmenting them. Sounds like market research, right?Ever since I was a college student, research has been my passion. I was working as an interviewer and data entry staff in a Social Research Company. After we were done entering the data, my boss was checking the results about electoral behaviour in strict confidence. I still remember sitting right across the room and hoping him to share the results with us-of course he wasn't. Those days, I was dreaming about taking his place and analyzing the electant behaviour, interpreting and presenting the results. This passion carried me through my first job in a Market Research Company. There were more resources available to me than I ever could have imagined. I studied every research report I could find, I worked in every state of every research project I was involved, all with pretty much the same fascination that drove me as a college student. So, now, as a researcher, this passion still remains with me. When I am not at work, I am at home mothering the world’s absolute greatest children! My two little boys, has helped me strenghten my purpose during the past 8 years. They gave me the great opportunity to observe human behaviour and I used every single way of communication to deepen our relationship. The most important lesson being a mom has taught me then? Know your audience.Human behaviour is a never ending puzzle that I am passionately engaged in solving. I believe in the power of research to understand and transform it.
