• Determining the customer requirements and project scope of the tool sets to be manufactured after the project nomination• Collecting and preparing the necessary information before the meeting in order to organize the project kick-off meeting and ensure the efficiency of the meeting.• Sharing the meeting outputs with the project stakeholders• Preparation of the project plan and sharing it with the customer and project stakeholders, Control and follow-up of respect to the project plan• Ensuring and realizing the coordination of engineering, purchasing, tool / fixture manufacturing, part / tool shipment processes by keeping in touch with the Customer and project stakeholders• Try-Out studies of the tool sets that have been produced on the Customer line and sharing the project data with the Customer at the end of the project
