Hello everyone. I'm Serdar.I have obtained my undergraduate degree from the Department of Management Information Systems at Duzce University Faculty of Business Administration. Currently, I am working as a Process Improvement Specialist at Kadifeteks Mensucat Sanayi A.S. where I am responsible for implementing and executing Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, SMED, A3 Problem Solving, and Method. Additionally, I possess a strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 certification processes and have played an active role in them. I have also been involved in various projects related to the integration of ERP and MES programs within the company.
