I am an innovative creator with a proven background in events and entertainment, customer retention, and conflict management for campus life organizations. Previously planned and publicized "Be The Change'', a virtual discussion on diversity initiatives for the over 600 sisters of Gamma Eta Sorority, Inc. During my time with Osprey Life and Productions I organized a LGBT+ inclusive show four over 300 students. My involvements in Greek Life include serving as a Greek Ambassador, a member of Order of Omega, and a public relations specialist for the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life. Since 2015, 66% of our Greek Ambassadors have gone on to serve as their chapter’s president, a chapter executive board officer, or an executive board officer within their governing council.
